I'm Kelly, founder of Ultimate Activity Solutions, and I'm delighted to welcome you.
Ultimate Activity Solutions was created with one simple mission: to help childcare professionals spend less time on paperwork and more time doing what they do best—supporting, inspiring and making a difference to children's lives.
With over 35 years of experience working with children and families, I've been fortunate to work across a wide range of childcare roles, including Nursery Assistant, Registered Childminder and Children's Nanny. For the past 22 years, I've owned and managed successful childcare settings, leading a team of around 50 dedicated professionals across multiple sites and supporting thousands of children and families.
Alongside my practical experience and Childcare Qualifications, I hold a Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management and Leadership and have a genuine passion for continuous professional development. I regularly undertake training to ensure my knowledge remains current and reflects the latest legislation, best practice and innovative approaches within the childcare sector.
As a mother of four and a Special Guardian, I also understand the importance of creating safe, nurturing and inclusive environments where every child can flourish. These personal experiences, combined with decades of professional practice, shape every resource I create.
Every template, toolkit and document has been developed from real-world experience—not theory. Whether you're planning engaging activities, organising resources, managing staff, completing risk assessments or preparing for inspection, my aim is to provide professional, practical and beautifully designed resources that genuinely save time while supporting exceptional practice.
